DMX Arrested and Charged for no driver's license

Greenville County jail officials confirm that the 42-year-old,DMX, whose real name is Earl Simmons, was arrested for DUI and driving without a valid license.

DMX was arrested last year in nearby Spartanburg County for suspicion of driving without a license. In that case, he was released after paying a fine.

Health Minister, Muhammed Pate, resigns

The Minister of State for Health, Muhammed Pate, has voluntarily resigned from the cabinet of President Goodluck Jonathan. The resignation which has since been accepted by the President takes effect from today, Wednesday.
